SMS Messaging Policy
Everything about how and why Bedrock AI sends text messages, and how to stop them.
Effective July 31, 2026
1. About this messaging program
This policy describes the SMS and MMS messaging program operated by BEDROCK AI LLC (“Bedrock AI”, “we”, “us”), a Limited Liability Company registered in State of Texas, United States, in connection with our website at www.getbedrockai.com.
Our messaging program is registered under the A2P 10DLC framework with the mobile carriers, under the use case Customer Care / Conversational. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider on United States phone numbers.
2. How we obtain your consent
We send text messages only to individuals who have provided express written consent to receive them. On this website, consent is collected in exactly one place: the optional consent checkbox on our contact form. To opt in you must enter your mobile number and tick that box yourself. The box is never pre-ticked, and the form can be submitted without it — an enquiry sent with the box left alone creates no consent record and will never be texted.
The consent language shown beside the checkbox reads, word for word:
“Text me about my enquiry. BEDROCK AI LLC will send customer-care and conversational text messages about the enquiry I am submitting, including replies, scheduling, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”
That is not a summary of the checkbox — it is the same text, published from the same source as the label the form renders, so the two cannot drift apart.
When you tick it we record the consent as evidence: your mobile number in normalised form, the date and time, the exact wording above and its version, and the page you were on. We keep that record so we can show what you agreed to, and we cannot alter it afterwards.
The contact form is the only control on this website that collects a phone number for messaging consent on Bedrock AI's own behalf. We also host sign-up pages for the businesses whose AI agents we operate, at private links those businesses share themselves — see section 2a. Those pages collect consent for that business, not for us. If you reach us by email or by calling our office, that alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages of any kind — calling a business is not the same as asking it to text you, and we do not treat it as such. Leaving a mobile number on the contact form without ticking the box is likewise not consent: it is a number to call you on.
2a. Sign-up pages we host for our clients
We may also send messages to individuals who have given consent directly to a Bedrock AI client whose AI agents we operate. In that case the client is the sender of record and the messages identify that client's business.
That consent may be collected in two ways. The client may run their own opt-in process on their own website. Or the client may use a sign-up page we host on their behalf, reached through a private link that business puts on its own material — a sign, an invoice, a QR code. Those pages name the business, show the exact wording you are agreeing to, and record it as evidence we cannot alter afterwards.
Ticking a box on one of those pages is not, on its own, enough for us to text you. Anyone can type a phone number into a web form, so before that business can message you we also need something that shows the number is yours — a reply from the handset itself. Until then the sign-up is recorded and nothing is sent.
3. What messages you will receive
Once you opt in, you may receive messages such as:
- Replies to the enquiry you submitted, and follow-up on that conversation
- Scheduling messages — confirming, reminding about or rescheduling a call or appointment you requested
- Replies and follow-up relating to a conversation you started with us
- Account and service notifications relevant to work we are doing for you
We do not send promotional broadcasts under this program. Every message relates to an enquiry or engagement you started.
Every message identifies BEDROCK AI LLC as the sender. We do not send messages on behalf of unrelated third parties, and we never send content relating to controlled substances, gambling, high-risk financial offers or any other category prohibited by the carriers.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on how you interact with us — an active conversation may involve several messages in a day, while a dormant contact may receive none for weeks. We do not send a fixed recurring broadcast.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Bedrock AI does not charge you for messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
6. How to stop messages (opt out)
You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply with any of the following keywords to any message we send you:
STOP STOPALL UNSUBSCRIBE CANCEL END QUIT
You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages:
“You have been unsubscribed from Bedrock AI messages. No further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help.”
Opt-outs are enforced in our platform infrastructure, not by an automated agent's discretion — once you have opted out, no system we operate is able to message you again unless you opt in afresh. You can also opt out by emailing gage@getbedrockai.com or calling (936) 355-8233.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to contact us by phone or email, and is never a condition of receiving service from us.
7. How to get help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message and you will receive:
“Bedrock AI: For help, email gage@getbedrockai.com or call (936) 355-8233. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&data rates may apply.”
You can also reach us directly at gage@getbedrockai.com or (936) 355-8233 during Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm CT.
8. Your privacy and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share your mobile number only with the service providers who are strictly necessary to deliver the messages you asked for — our messaging carrier and our CRM platform — and only for that purpose. They are contractually restricted from using it for anything else. A full account of how we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
9. Carriers and delivery
Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS and others; carrier support may change without notice.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you provide. Do not provide someone else's number. If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know so we do not message its new owner.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the applicable carrier rules change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes to how we use your number will be communicated before they take effect.
