Audit
Week 1
We map how enquiries actually reach you today — every phone line, form and inbox — and measure where they stall. You get a written breakdown of leaks and what each one plausibly costs you, whether or not you hire us.
We are not asking you to trust a black box with your customers. Every stage produces something you can read and approve before the next one starts.
Week 1
We map how enquiries actually reach you today — every phone line, form and inbox — and measure where they stall. You get a written breakdown of leaks and what each one plausibly costs you, whether or not you hire us.
Week 1–2
We specify each agent in writing before any code runs: what it handles, what it must never do, exactly when it hands to a human, and which systems it may read or write. You approve that spec.
Week 2–3
We build the agents against your knowledge base and connect them to your phone system, calendar and CRM. Everything is tested against real historical conversations before it touches a live customer.
Week 3–4
We launch on a limited slice of traffic, review transcripts with you, correct the misses, then widen. You keep a dashboard of every conversation and a kill switch you control.
The risk with AI touching customers is not that it fails loudly. It is that it quietly says something wrong to a hundred people before anyone notices. These are the controls that prevent that.
