Bedrock AI is a small, focused team that designs, builds and operates AI agents for businesses whose revenue depends on answering fast — and whose people are too busy delivering the work to do it.
Why we exist
Almost every service business we talk to is told it needs more leads. Very few of them do. What they have is a pile of enquiries arriving at 7 PM on a Tuesday, landing on a phone nobody is holding, and going to whoever picks up first.
Hiring for that is genuinely hard. Coverage outside business hours means either paying someone to sit through quiet evenings, or an answering service that takes a message and does nothing useful with it. Neither one books the job.
So we build software that does. Not a chatbot on a webpage — an agent that answers the phone, reads your calendar, books the slot and writes it into your CRM, and knows when to stop and get a human. We build it, we run it, and you can read every word of it.
Principles we actually hold to.
These constrain what we will build. Some of them cost us conversions, and we keep them anyway.
Agents say what they are
Our agents identify themselves as an assistant when a customer asks, and never claim to be a named human employee. Impersonation buys a marginally smoother conversation at the cost of every customer who later finds out.
Narrow beats clever
An agent with one job and a clear boundary is reliable. An agent asked to handle everything will eventually improvise about your pricing. We build the former on purpose, even though the latter demos better.
Escalate rather than guess
When an agent hits the edge of what it knows, the correct behaviour is to say so and fetch a human. We would rather your team field an extra question than have a customer confidently told something untrue.
Consent is infrastructure
Opt-out is enforced in the platform, not left to a model's judgement. Once someone replies STOP, nothing we run can message them again. That is a database constraint, not a prompt instruction.
You can see everything
Every conversation an agent has on your behalf is logged and readable by you. There is no category of interaction we handle that you cannot inspect.
Honest about limits
There are businesses this does not suit and problems AI does not solve. We will say so on the audit call rather than sell you an agent that will disappoint you in month three.
