What we store on your device, why, and how to get rid of it.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page loads — that you have a chat conversation open, for instance. We also use closely related technologies such as local storage, and this policy covers those too.
2. Cookies we use
We keep this deliberately minimal. This website runs no advertising pixels and no cross-site behavioural advertising trackers.
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function. These cannot be switched off through our site, though your browser can block them — parts of the site will then stop working.

What we do not use

3. Third-party cookies
This site previously embedded a third-party chat widget that set its own cookies. It has been removed. The only cookies set by anyone other than us are Sentry's diagnostic cookies, described above; we run no advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind. 4. How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies — usually under Settings → Privacy. Direct instructions:
Since the chat widget was removed, blocking cookies no longer prevents you doing anything on this site. The contact form — and the SMS consent box on it — works with cookies blocked, because it is checked against the originating site rather than against a cookie. You may lose Sentry's ability to group error reports, which affects only our diagnostics.
5. Do Not Track
There is no agreed industry standard for how sites should respond to Do Not Track signals, so we do not currently respond to them. We would rather say that plainly than imply a protection we do not provide. Since we run no advertising trackers, there is little for such a signal to switch off here.
6. Changes
We will update this policy if the technologies we use change. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision.
