Cookie Policy
What we store on your device, why, and how to get rid of it.
Effective August 6, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page loads — that you have a chat conversation open, for instance. We also use closely related technologies such as local storage, and this policy covers those too.
2. Cookies we use
We keep this deliberately minimal. This website runs no advertising pixels and no cross-site behavioural advertising trackers.
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function. These cannot be switched off through our site, though your browser can block them — parts of the site will then stop working.
| Set by | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| BEDROCK AI LLC | Session integrity and security, including protection against cross-site request forgery | Session |
| LeadConnector / HighLevel | Keeps your chat widget conversation open across page loads so you do not have to start again | Session to 12 months |
Functional and diagnostic
| Set by | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Sentry | Associates error reports with a browsing session so we can diagnose faults. Not used to profile you or to advertise. | Session |
What we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting pixels
- Cross-site behavioural advertising trackers
- Cookies that sell or share your data with advertisers
3. Third-party cookies
The chat widget on this site is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel) and sets its own cookies under its provider's policies. Because the widget is our only SMS opt-in surface, it is a necessary part of the site rather than an optional add-on. Our full list of providers is on our Security page and in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
4. How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies — usually under Settings → Privacy. Direct instructions:
Blocking all cookies will stop the chat widget working, which means you will not be able to opt in to text messages or hold a chat conversation with us. Everything else on the site will still work.
5. Do Not Track
There is no agreed industry standard for how sites should respond to Do Not Track signals, so we do not currently respond to them. We would rather say that plainly than imply a protection we do not provide. Since we run no advertising trackers, there is little for such a signal to switch off here.
6. Changes
We will update this policy if the technologies we use change. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision.
